Damages & Installed Product Policy

Inspect Before You Install

It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect all wall panel products before installation begins. Please verify the product type, quantity, dimensions, model number, color, and dye lot consistency across all boxes before proceeding. Once panels are installed, they cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product.

Reporting Damage

Inspect all boxes carefully when your order arrives. Any damage or shortages must be reported at the time of delivery for freight orders, or within 2 business days for parcel shipments. Damaged cartons must be noted on the driver's Proof of Delivery before signing. Contact us promptly with photos of any damaged materials — claims cannot be processed without photo documentation.

Keep all damaged materials until we confirm they can be disposed of. If damaged product is discarded before we authorize it, replacement panels cannot be sent.

Installer Responsibility

We are not responsible for any loss or claim resulting from faulty installation. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the credentials, references, insurance, and qualifications of any installer before work begins. Ensure your installer reviews the product and confirms it is correct and undamaged before starting.

Installed Product

Once wall panels have been installed, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including color variation, style, or sizing concerns. If you have any doubts about a product, do not install it — contact us first. Ordering a sample before committing to a full order is strongly recommended.

Color & Dye Lots

Wall panels may have natural variation between batches and dye lots. We recommend purchasing all panels needed for your project in a single order to ensure consistency. We are not responsible for color or dye lot differences between separate orders.
