Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions about returns, please reach out before placing your order.

We recommend measuring carefully and double-checking your selections before ordering. If there is damage please see our damages & installed products policy here. Returning wall panel products can be costly due to shipping, and there are items that cannot be returned. If you have leftover panels after your project, we suggest keeping them for future repairs or touch-ups.

Non-Returnable Items

All trim, accessories, and add-ons are non-returnable and non-refundable. We recommend consulting with a contractor or installer before ordering trim pieces.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us by email within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted for orders of 4 or more boxes. All boxes must be factory sealed, unopened, and undamaged.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number. You must return the material within 30 days of receiving this number, and it must be included with your shipment. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to the address we specify.

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Our original shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund, even if you received free shipping on your order.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned material is received and inspected, a credit will be issued. This process may take up to 4 weeks.
