Shipping policy

Every order is carefully packaged for transport and tracked from our warehouse to your door. Please review our shipping policy below. If you have any questions, contact our team.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are based on the number of wall panel boxes ordered:

  • Samples: Free
  • 1-2 boxes: $89
  • 3-4 boxes: $129
  • 5-7 boxes: $169
  • 8+ boxes: Free

Free shipping applies to customers in the contiguous United States only. We can not usually ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Curbside LTL Freight (4+ Boxes)

Most orders of 4+ boxes ship via LTL freight. Tracking information will be sent to your email within 1-2 business days after your order ships. Once tracking is issued, the shipment cannot be stopped or rerouted. You will have 48 hours to accept delivery once the shipment reaches the destination terminal, after which storage fees may apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If your address is not accessible by a semi-truck, contact us in advance to arrange an alternative.

Small Package Shipments (1-3 Boxes)

Smaller orders ship via parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage or missing items within 2 business days of delivery.

Limited Access Locations

Deliveries to gated communities, schools, churches, construction sites, or other limited access locations may incur additional charges. Please contact us before ordering if this applies to your address.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect all cartons before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damaged or missing cartons on the driver's Proof of Delivery before signing — do not write "Subject to Inspection." We cannot be responsible for damage or missing items not noted at the time of delivery.

Reporting Damage

If damage occurs during transit, accept the delivery and note all damage on the driver's paperwork. Report damage to us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged cartons. Keep all damaged material until we confirm it can be disposed of — replacements cannot be sent if material is discarded beforehand.

Missing Items

Missing items must be reported on the same day as delivery.
